There are 4 different types of fats: Triglycerides, saturated fatty acids, phospholipids and sterols. Each one affects our body in a different way and it's fascinated to think about because fats usually have a bad stigma. Triglycerides help with energy storage, organ protections and insulation to our nerve cells, while phospholipids help with cells walls. Sterols are used by the liver to make cholesterol and that is important for bile productions and vitamin D production. Latly, fatty acids like Omega-3 can decrease the risk of heart disease. Fats has it's own stigma, but eating the right fats in moderation is important to maintain good health.
My questions: When a client has more than one factor, like pregnancy and being very active. Which factor takes priority when deciding their daily protein intake, or how would that be calculated? Need Assignment Help?
