Discuss different supervision notes for a bcba

Problem:

I need several different supervision notes for a BCBA who is observing an RBT sessions at home. The clients have the following skill levels. The notes have to be detailed and have ABA terminology. Need Assignment Help?

Anthony does not use functional spoken words to communicate wants and needs. He does not yet imitate speech sounds or syllables. He does not respond consistently to name or a variety of one step directions independently. He does not receptively or expressively identify common items or objects. He does not maintain eye contact and does not respond to wh-questions. He does not fill in songs or intraverbals. He does not mand for attention or help, does not use or imitate signs (ex: more, all done) and does not match identical or non-identical pictures or objects.

Sami engages in minimal conversations and will consistently answer "wh" questions when provided consistent/frequent reinforcement. Sami's ability to ask others questions is still emerging. Sami continues to mands in a complete sentences. Sami does not comply with one and/or multistep directions. Sami is able to sort simple categories (vehicles, animals, food, etc.). He is not able to consistently use prepositions when speaking. Sami is continuing to work on non-identical matching as well as LRFFC skills.

Jayden does not use two-word or sentence-length utterances to communicate. He does not consistently label items, people, or actions. He does not ask or answer WH-questions (what, where, why, when, who). He does not state own name or age when asked. He does not respond consistently to yes/no questions. He does not respond to name when engaged with preferred activity. He has difficulty following two-step related directions without modeling

Thiago is able to follow both one-step and two-step directions with increasing consistency. He demonstrates manding skills by requesting items that he needs and is able to intraverbally respond to questions regarding his personal information. In addition, Thiago can tact a variety of household items and receptively identify household items when presented with a field of six images.

Muhammad Huzaifa can respond to his name consistently, will take parents by the hand and bring her towards desired items and will make spontaneous vocalizations throughout the day. He will vocalize or gesture to obtain attention. He enjoys tracing and matching. Parent reports that he can sign 'more' when he wants more of something. He can look between objects and parents which demonstrates emerging joint attention. He can understand 'no' and will demonstrate interest in books.

John does not communicate via vocal verbal speech. He has an iPad that can be used for alternate communication. However, he frequently does not want to use it. On his device, he will not tact and engage in any intraverbals (i.e, ask and/or answer questions). He also will not engage in single word mands on the device and will instead point to items he wants. His mother reports he will say "mom", "dad", as well as some vocal approximations to colors and numbers; BCBA did not observe this during the direct assessment. John does not engage in echoics. John's ability to comply with one step directions is inconsistent. At the time of assessment, John's receptive language skills were limited.

Mekhi does not consistently respond to his name, does not follow two-step or three-step directions without prompts and does not respond to wh-questions. He does not say his own first name. He does not attend to stories or informational content for more than a few seconds. He does not understand sarcasm or figurative language. He does not use pronouns, plural nouns or grammar of any kind. He does not label objects, actions or people and does not retell events or describe actions. Mekhi does not comment, protest, request help, or share emotions via spoken language. He does not identify alphabet letters, does not write words or letters and cannot read. He does not demonstrate understanding of prepositions or follow directions involving prepositions. Mekhi does not yet have a communication device, however, his mother currently in the process of working with his school to get him one as per neurologist recommendation. He does not say no or vocally reject items.
