India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world, yet her economic and education systems are often described as one of the most skewed. If you were appointed as the main adviser to the Indian Prime Minister and where tasked with solving these two problems, what steps would you take to pursue a more fair system:
1. Identify and explicitly discuss two different policies that would bring the "two India's" (wealthy and prosperous - poor and backward) closer together.
2. Identify and explicitly discuss two different policies that would make education more attainable for poor Indians.
