You are to initiate a discussion of your concepts, ideas, and thoughts on the value and importance of scrutinizing budget policies and procedures.
The goal is for you to express your thoughts on the key points of budget evaluation. Being able to successfully describe and define the concept of budget evaluation helps prepare you for effective analysis of budgeting and finance policies within the public sector.
