Module materials from this module have identified examples of trade in the past. Using these, or other examples you may be familiar with, write an initial discussion post that addresses how trade between cultures in the past may have affected ideas about sex.
Please choose a specific geographic region on which to focus (e.g., the Mediterranean, Central Asia, the Pacific coast of South America, Mesoamerica, etc.) and then include:
An example of a trade connections that existed between two different cultural groups in the historical/ancient past (~4,000 - 200 years ago) in your chosen region. You should include an article reference or a link to a website (e.g., Wikipedia) to demonstrate that (1) these two cultural groups existed at the same time and (2) were connected by a trade or exchange network of some kind (e.g., Silk Road & the Incense Trade Route).
