Assignment: Policy Paper
The policy brief will be 4 to 5 pages long (excluding references), and will address the following:
i. Identification of policy issue addressed - magnitude, scope, population affected;
ii. Identification of the human rights violated by this issue;
iii. Brief analysis of past and current policies in relation to the identified issue - students will discuss the contribution of such policy responses to addressing the issue;
iv. Proposed changes - students will conclude with recommendations that will improve current policy responses, and contribute to address the identified issue.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
