French employment contract question....
I am employed on a 2 year fixed term contract and have just finished my first year. I am not a French or European passport holder and was brought here for a specialised position. I have accepted a long term contract in another country. I have spoken to my current employer and they will not accept my resignation. I am not sure what I can now do? It should be noted that my current employer has not renewed my visa yet, my monthly salary is never payed on time. I am still owed money stipulated in my contract regarding bonus, relocation allowance and visa.
