Given the challenges that our health systems have and continue to face right now with the COVID-19 pandemic, discuss your thoughts about what you see happening either locally, nationally, or even globally related to transformational leadership and healthcare. Include thoughts on how things are being managed or how they should be; what you support or think should be changed. What strategies or theories have you seen play out or lacking for healthcare entities?
