Problem: What is required is how the budget, in general, will be monitored. (At the end of the financial year, we would only need to see the difference between the budgeted costs of the renovation, the actual cost and an explanation as to the variance). Will the organizations budget be monitored by using cash flow forecasts, P&L reports, spreadsheets, etc.?
