Question 1:

Grant, who lives in the Northern District of Ohio, sues Lee, who lives in the Eastern District of Virginia and has his architectural office there, for breach of a contract to design a building. Grant claims that Lee agreed, after extensive negotiations in the Northern District of Ohio, to design a building to be built in Nashville, in the Middle District of Tennessee. Subsequently, however, Lee refused to follow through on the contract.
