Discuss at least two challenges faced by administrators, instructors, and students (in K-12 schools and adult learning environments-post secondary, military, nonprofit, corporations) in establishing and maintaining a positive and supportive e-Learning community in which participants may be connected by forums, e-mail, or other communication tools.
