Leadership is an important part of implementing a successful strategy for quality in healthcare. If leadership is not consistent then interventions to improve quality will fail. Share-holders, the chief executive and other senior managers must collaborate to achieve positive outcomes in quality. Collaboration among leadership groups of the hospital must have universal characteristics in-order to work well as a team. Discuss at least 3 characteristics that these leadership groups must have to achieve safe, high quality outcomes. Please respond to at least two of your classmates postings.
