Select a management philosophy (principles, values, styles, etc.) that best describes you. Find five articles or books related to your selected management philosophy. Make sure these articles or books have been published in the past 5 years in academic literature. Building an inventory of management philosophies that can be applied in this course and future doctoral studies.
Discuss, assess, and compare the similarities and differences of these articles (books). Create a matrix chart to describe these similarities and differences.
Support your chart with at least five (5) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
