According to this morning's Wall Street Journal (Feb 16), Snap Inc has just valued itself between $19.5 and 22.2 billion, or roughly $14 to $16 per share. While at the lower end of the original range targeted by the company, it would still be the largest U.S.-listed tech deal since Alibaba's IPO in 2014. The offering could conclude and trading could begin as early as the beginning of March.
