Assignment: Scaling Methods
Write a substantive 2000 word comparison of the four scaling methods below.
• LeSS
• Nexus
• Disciplined Agile Delivery
• SAFe
Discuss the following for each method
• Roles - discuss the roles in this method that is not part of Scrum and how they impact the method
• Processes- discuss any processes in the method that are not part of Scrum and how they are used within the method
• Artifacts - discuss any artifacts (i.e. product backlog is a Scrum artifact) that are not part of Scrum and how they are used within the method.
