Homework: Organizational Cultures Paper
Consider your previous place of employment and think about the organizational dynamic.
Use US based organization, like Target or Wal-mart.
Write a 700 to 1,050 words paper that discusses a brief description of your organization, your role, and why you choose to work for this organization. Include the following in your paper:
o Discuss any myths, rites, or rituals that surround the organization culture.
o Apply the three levels of organizational culture to this entity.
o Compare the organization's culture to its climate.
o Explain organizational strategies that promote change within your organization.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
