Discuss an example of each of the versions of freedom

Discussion Post

There are two versions of freedom: freedom from and freedom to. "Freedom from" is invoked when people don't want the state to intrude; they may object to anything done by any organization that limits their actions.

"Freedom to" is invoked in support of education, health care, personal safety, and other benefits that modern states are asked to provide to citizens.

Discuss an example of each of the versions of freedom and how they tie into either or both conservative or Liberal ideology.

The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
