Assignment task:
I would say the advantage of a job market based on contract labor is the opportunity to try out new fields, company's, and to gain experience. With every new job comes different experiences and with more opportunity's to learn and grow. It helps with keeping an open mind because in different environments there will always be new personality to engage with and obstacles you never thought you would come across.
I would say a big disadvantage is knowing that are most likely not going to be permanent and deal with the thought in the back of your mind. Another disadvantage of being in that side of the industry it not having good benefits or any at all, for some people they rely on benefits to help with any medical emergencies because they are pricy regardless. The Risks for the employee physically is being over worked since they are temporary. A mental risk would be being in a cite where you are being over worked and it is draining which then can lead to burnout. Financial risks for employees would be that they cant rely on a job long term because they never know if it will be long term or not. A few rewards would be the gaining of knowledge, getting hired on to a company that pays well for your time, and a physical advantage would be making connect that can later help you.
For the employer a physical advantage would be having the option to test an employee and their capabilities and if it doesnt work out it doesnt affect the company as much. A disadvantage would be to find a great employee but not necessary able to keep the employee permanently or full time. A financial advantage would be hiring these employees without the promise of benefits and ok pay. Which can defiantly help out the company in the long run. A disadvantage is having these employees in and out of the company's information. It is really risky because they might leak company information without the fear of being penalized.
When I think about my career I would like to try it out just to see how it is and to gain experience from multiple job sites, as well as creating connections! Need a rebuttal only.
