International logistics present unique risk factors that must be identified and mitigated. To augment this week's course material, do your own research on specific aspects of RISK that the supply manager must deal with directly related to International Logistics. Identify at least three risk factors and discuss some of the issues involved with the mitigation/management of those factors. Add an actual or theoretical example as to why managing risk is important.
