Scenario:
I have been summoned to court in Tenerife as the innocent party and my partner as the guilty over 'violence against women'. I never pressed charges against my partner who at the time we were only romantically linked. The police were called over a drunken argument but at no time did he hurt me and there was no physical abuse to my body. A witness said they saw him grab me ans throw me to the ground. I cannot travel to Tenerife on the date as i am pregnant with our first child and the court date is 2 weeks before my due date. I have also been classed as a 'high risk' pregnancy. I am extremely worried about the probability of my fiancee now having to go to prison. Does anyone know how we should go about this?
