Create an essay on the topic of Victimization by answering the following questions:
1) Of the theories of victimization which one do you think does the best job of explaining victimization? Justify your choice by citing relevant examples to support and illustrate your answer.
2) Think about the difficult decisions victims must make when deciding to report a crime. What are some factors that might uniquely impact the decisions of women, minorities, and other marginalized citizens to report crime? What can law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, and/or judges do differently to improve the willingness of victims to report their experiences?
Essay shall be of 3 pages in length, typed in 12-point font, double-spaced with 1-inch margins on all sides.
