Assignment:
Have you heard of the "sandwich" technique? It is where one compliments first, then adds the comment where one needs improvement, and closes with another compliment. This is an old technique that is used in many industries and in fact is used in many of the faculty trainings I have gone through. Most institutions I work for request that faculty use this technique. Have any of you noticed myself or other facilitators using this on you? Do others use this technique or do you have something new you can share?
