Be sure you explain enough for her to understand your argument in light of your graphs (e.g., why do the different data sources tell a similar or different story?), and make sure your boss understands any limitations of your argument given the available data. Your answer should not reflect your political inclinations or rely on which "side" you think is more credible in the public discussion of these issues.
