Good point about the balanced scorecard. Although not a tool for strategy creation it can be other aspects besides finance into the organizations view. Utilizing R&D/training and customer impact greatly increases the chance of success. Do you think regarding the scorecard that considering other tangibles besides finance can benefit or detract from a companies goals?
