Social Networking Sites have become very popular. Therefore, many employers have been using them to help screen out specific individuals that may not fit the organization. This is most likely to be the case with Facebook. Should Facebook be used to screen out applicants? Another site is LinkedIn, which many find similar to a strong resume. LinkedIn is more likely to be job related and to be a defense for disparate impact. What do you think of LinkedIn?
