For this assignment, you'll be writing a short paper about self-concept theory and how it applies to you. It's also a chance to practice APA formatting. See an example paper (yep, this is a paper I wrote when I was getting my master's).
Content
Your paper should include the following three sections:
• Section 1: Define theory (use 2 to 3 reputable resources)
• Section 2: Internalize the theory (how does it relate to me?)
• Section 3: Apply the theory to a population. (How might understanding this theory affect the way we engage with a particular target population?)
• A references page in APA format with 2 to 3 reputable references
Format
Your paper should be 3 to 5 pages in length and follow APA format for student papers. This means you should include:
• A title page in APA format (for student papers). Your title page should include the paper title, your name, institution (Western Oregon University), instructor's name (Shawn Sellers).
• A references page in APA format. You should have 2-3 reputable sources
