Gary started his presentation without talking about his educational background but his presentation was very nice and real life oriented. Suncoast Credit Union have their third CEO in 85 years and that really amazed me because you barely find companies that have few CEO's throughout the lifespan of the company. The bank isn't one of the highest paying but has many great benefits for its employees.
I learned many things from Gary. He taught us how to become an organized person and how to become a "go to" person. The other thing I learned is how to become a leader and Gary told us to make our boss look good so that we can take his position once he's promoted. Gary also talked about communication with others and that really answered questions I've had for many years. Finally when Gary was about to end his presentation, He told us to do things successful people did in their past.
Finally, Gary was a very interesting person and looked very eager to help us.
