Take note of the different ways the modernists you encounter while reading this assigned reading in the introduction of your text broke away from conventions in movements like futurism, Dadaism, surrealism, etc. Discuss how the modernists changed the content of literature (i.e. form, subjects, etc.) with their new way of writing.
