Project managers are often challenged with moral and ethical situations that require strong business acumen. During sign off of a project, you are informed of an overbilling concern with several contracted project team members. The hours billed are twice what was reasonably expected. Your boss said to ignore the customer's concerns since this was a time and materials contract. How would you resolve the situation?
