Problem: Saul only focuses on biases that are unfair and that lead to false beliefs. Might there be biases that have survival and truth value? For example, I have read that women are more likely to be harmed or killed by intimate male partners (a boyfriend or husband). Might it be important for women, black people, white people, Hispanics, the elderly, or disabled people to hold certain biases for their own protection? Focus on one group to explore the issue.
