1) Discuss two ways how or in which way digitalization can enhance any one of three value disciplines - Operational Excellence, Customer Intimacy, and Product Leadership. Consider the challenges/issues that you foresee as a firm moves towards enhancing/implementing a digitalization strategy. Give a business example.
2) Discuss a value capture mechanism by which a value stream participant captures its share of the value being created by the value stream. Provide a business example and discuss why the firm chose the value capture mechanism and what could have been a better option, according to you.
