a) Read the article titled Pierce v. Society of Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary.
b) Next, discuss if a state should be allowed to standardize children by only allowing them to attend public school. Also, differentiate between the benefits and setbacks of compulsory public school education being applied to public schools and homeschools.
