1) Explain times when you have had to make a programmed and a nonprogrammed decision (two separate occasions). Why was the nonprogrammed decision a complex and uncertain process?
2) Discuss a situation when you have used the six steps managers should take to make the best decisions. Which steps could you have improved on?
3) Give an example of when you were involved in group decision making. What were the advantages and disadvantages of group decision making in this situation and how could your group have improved their decision making techniques.
