• Outline a five step plan for designing a performance management program in your current organization or a selected organization of your choice. Elaborate upon each step.
• Recommend two best practices for evaluating an individual's or team's performance. Decide on two reward systems that are best aligned with increased performance of the individual or team. Provide a rationale for your response.
