1.Discuss a government regulation and why it is important.
2.Would you prefer to work for a leader with an autocratic, democratic, or laissez-faire style? Are there any conditions where autocratic leadership might be preferable and more efficient? Are there instances where laissez-faire leadership might be the appropriate style?

Tim has a bachelorâs degree in physics and three years on the police force. David has a bachelorâs degree in criminal justice, a certificate in conflict resolution, and three years in the police force. David Dougherty is hired. Tim Fujie sues on the grounds of color and race discrimination. Does Tim have a case? Why or Why not?
