Discuss a leader you've worked with whose actions struck you as being consistent with Theory X in a 250 words post. Concept Y? Be specific while describing their traits. If you haven't worked for a Theory X or Theory Y person, elaborate on why you chose that type. (If you've never worked for a Theory X guy, consider yourself extremely lucky!)
