1. Discuss a major conflict that you have had with another employee or boss at work that didn't necessary work out to well for you. How did you handle the conflict?
2. Next take the same conflict and discuss it through the theory of the Conflict Process. In detail analyse each step and how you might handle the situation better using this theory.
