Dimension Styles
Dimension styles are the basic method used to control the way dimensions look . Using Dimension styles you can change the text font, arrow head style,relative position of the text, scale of dimensions and many other parameters. Styles are created to using DIMSTYLE command.
Dimension styling is relatively complex area of AutoCAD & the finer points are beyond the scope of this tutorial. However, the important points which will enable you to create clear, good looking styles are set out below.
