Differentiate the anaerobic and aerobic systems

Problem: There are two primary energy systems that we utilize in training, the anaerobic and aerobic systems. Please describe the difference between these two systems. What are some examples of utilizing anaerobic versus aerobic systems? Are there examples of training where we use both? What would be an effective way to improve the anaerobic and the aerobic systems during a training cycle? Could odd object training (tire flipping, sled pulls, atlas stones, etc.) be incorporated into this training? If so, how? If not, why not?
