Similar to for-profit organizations, there are many challenges when a nonprofit organization decides to "go global." In Week 3, we explored the differences in philanthropy and charitable giving patterns between organizations here and abroad, but what about some of the other challenges and considerations for taking the organization into new territory abroad?
