Could somebody help me with these three questions? All in APA format and question one is a research paper and must have an outline. The outline must have a clear topic sentence, thesis, and outline of the research. The Research Paper must be at least 10 pages in length, not including the cover page and references. Questions 2 and 3 must be 400 words each and due by Monday evening. Question 1 is due next week Tuesday.
1. Environments shape organizations. In turn, organizations also shape the environments in which they interact. Organizations, in part, also choose which environments they enter and exit, choose which coalitions are most desirable, and determine the contexts in which they function. Write a paper that draws from the professional literature to address these issues and explains how organizations relate strategically to their environments.
2. Explain the differences between centralization and decentralization and between standardization and mutual adjustment. What factors determine the ability to strike a balance between these mechanisms?
3. According to resource dependency theory, what motivates organizations to form interorganizational linkages? What are the advantages of strategic alliances as a way of exchanging resources?.
