Select a multi-national corporation which has operations in at least four foreign countries as the basis for your paper. Identify and discuss the differences and similarities in organizational structure of the U.S. operations and the operations of the other four countries. Identify specific examples within your assessment. Provide recommendation(s) for management to increase the effectiveness of these organizational structures.
