If repeated-measures study shows significant difference between two treatments with a = .01, then you can be sure that

1. value of Cohen's d is large.

2. percentage of variance explained (r2) is large

3. both Cohen's d and r2 are large

4. A significant effect doesn't necessarily mean that the effect size will be large.
