Leadership can be categorized as a process of setting a new direction for a group or organization. Management; directing and controlling according to the established principles. Leadership is an asset of a successful manager. Therefore, the main aim of a manager is to maximize the output of an organization via administrative implementation. In so doing, managers undertake the tasks of organizing, planning, staffing, directing and controlling (Clemmer, 2010). Leadership is a component of directing. In this regard, a manager can't simply be a leader, as he/she needs formal authority in order to be efficient.
