Did you experience any difficulties with the floor exercises tonight? If yes, how so? Or, was this easy for you? In other words, what were your strong muscles….what were your weak muscles? 2) Are you satisfied with the muscle strength in your abs, hips, thighs and glutes? If not, what type of activity would you participate to improve muscle strength in those areas? If yes, what activities are you doing to keep yourself in shape? 3) What other muscle groups would you want to focus on to get a sense of balance in a workout? What activities would you prefer to participate to reach a suitable level of muscle strength? 4) Why do you think it is important to maintain and/or increase muscle strength?
