Learning should be a lifelong endeavor. About a year and a half ago I began taking martial arts classes. I have to preface this by stating that, growing up, I displayed absolutely zero athletic ability. So, here I am, in my late thirties, taking jujitsu. It has not been easy for me but I cannot tell you how much I have learned from the experience. I have gained such confidence in myself and I learned to never give up. I get so nervous and anxious when it is time to move to the next rank by taking a belt test. Achieving and meeting your own personal goals carries through in all areas life. When I recently went on a job interview, I wasn't half as nervous as when I took my last belt tense. I know that I can do anything that I put my mind to.
