Using the regulatory filings (Proxy statements and 10-K) made by that company, prepare a report in Word® document that provides five consecutive years of data about the following pieces of information with respect to the degree of decentralization of the company and the compensation of its executives:
1. Legal name of the corporation, stock ticker, date of incorporation and location of headquarters.
2. Operating segments of the corporation
3. Main performance metrics used to evaluate the segments and their progression over the five-year period chosen.
4. Top 5 executives by compensation level
5. Composition of their pay packages; were these executives awarded a bonus? If yes, for what reason?
6. Did this company mention a transfer pricing methodology in its disclosures? If yes, have they negotiated an advanced pricing agreement with the IRS with respect to transfer pricing?
