If you have time, next time you go to a medical facility or any other service place that requires you to sign a contract, read the contract before you sign it. If it has an arbitration clause, ask them to remove it. Negotiate. Ask for a manager if they refuse. Then report your experience in your answer. Did they deny service because you did not sign? Did you sign a contract even though they did not change it? Let everyone know about your experience.
