Assignments: The assignments will be "Reaction Papers" to facility visits based upon the following criteria:
- How many staff were working? Too many, too few, just right?
- Was the staff attentive? Were you greeted when you arrived, etc.
- Was the facility clean? Check all locations to include the restrooms
- Physical flow of the Facility? Open, choppy, etc
- Atmosphere of the facility? Inviting, colorful, decorative?
- Was their signage? Was the signage easy to understand and helpful?
- Did the staff wear uniforms? Were they easily identifiable?
- What did you like about the experience?
- What would you change or recommend the facility improve?
