The defendant contracted with the plaintiff to design, maintain, and develop software and to host the defendant's web page. After a falling out, the defendant moved its web page to another site and refused to honor its contract with the plaintiff. The plaintiff sued. Did the contract fall under the UCC? Were the items-software, web hosting, website maintenance-goods under the UCC?
